We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. While we have strict quality checks in place, subtle variations in colour and print placements are common. This is often due to the nature of natural dyes, hand-block printing, and handloom weaving, our resistance to treating our pieces with chemicals, as well as utilizing all fabrics dyed or printed to reduce wastage. 

We strongly discourage our customers from buying any item where there is doubt. Please check all product details and double check size. We would be happy to help you out with any queries regarding making your purchase. DM or email us at hello@hulasi.in to confirm your size or to custom order any of our styles in your size. 

Returns: 

We only accept returns if the product received is damaged. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number, an image and a description of the issue within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery of the package. We will replace your order subject to examination of damages. Any issues reported after 72 hours will not be considered for replacement as the package has been out of our warehouse for a considerable amount of time and in conditions beyond our control.  

Exchange: 

In cases where there are sizing issues, we will be able to offer you an exchange for a different size or style. In the case of style exchanges, the exchange must be selected from the products currently available on the website. As we work on limited edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold-out products will not be accepted. 

Refund: 

As a company policy, we do not offer refunds on any items sold, except for incorrect or damaged pieces that are later sold out; refunds will be reflected your bank account in 3-4 working days once confirmed.

Sales and discounted items: 

We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted items. All sales are final.  

How to process your exchange: 

As we have limited quantities, you must reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order for us to process an exchange. The piece must be returned to our address in Mumbai within 5 working days of submitting your exchange request. Any items received beyond 5 days of registering your exchange request will be returned to the sender. 

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. 

We do not offer exchange or return on international orders. If you simply change your mind, we are sorry, but we will not be able to accept the return or provide a refund. We will however encourage you to check with your friends and family for they might like to take that piece off your hands.
